When can I expect my first BKV Energy bill?
- For electronic billing, your bill will be available at the beginning of the next billing cycle (which is not the same as your enrollment date).
- For paper billing, your bill will be mailed at the beginning of the next billing cycle and you should receive it within 2-3 days.
What if I forgot my BKV Energy online username or password?
From the online account login screen, select “Forgot Password” and follow the prompts.
Is there an early termination fee if I cancel service with BKV Energy?
Cancellation fees may differ by plan, but they are typically $20 for each remaining month on your contract. The Electricity Facts Label for your plan will have the ETF for your specific plan. Please review your terms of service to see if you are subject to an early termination fee.
Will I be charged a free to switch from my current provider to BKV Energy?
If you require expedited service or choose a specific day for your service to begin, your TDSP may assess a fee which will appear on your first month’s bill as a separate line item.
What are my payment options with BKV Energy?
