Welcome to Your New Electricity Plan!

Your enrollment is complete, and you’re now on your way to energy savings! You’ll receive a confirmation email from your new provider within the next 24-48 hours with further details.

Pro Tip: We highly recommend downloading a copy of your Electricity Facts Label (EFL), which is specific to your plan, as well as the provider’s Terms of Service and Your Rights as a Customer. Be sure to keep these documents for your records.

What Happens Next?

  • Email Confirmation:
    Check your inbox for an email from your new Provider, which will include details of your new plan and your account information.

  • Billing Start Date:
    Your new plan will take effect on the Service Start Date. Your first bill will be sent after your first month of service and will reflect your new rate.

  • Welcome Packet: 
    Some providers send a welcome packet via email or mail with tips on managing your account. Keep an eye out for it.

  • Contact Support: 
    If you don’t receive your email within 48 hours or have any questions, contact the provider’s support team or email us at support@texaselectricityfinder.com.

Managing Your Account

  • Create/Log In to Your Online Account: “Once your plan is active, you can manage your account online by [signing up or logging in here].”
  • Set Up Autopay: “We recommend setting up autopay to ensure you never miss a payment.”
  • Track Your Usage: “Take advantage of [Provider Name]’s tools to monitor your electricity usage.”

  • View billing history
